Due to the customized nature of the item, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless we are unable to deliver or you receive a wrong or faulty item.

In this case, please contact us - including photographic evidence - within three [3] days following the reception of your order.

Ship the item(s) back to us within [5] days following the day of our written consent.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the items are not returned in their original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

Your T-shirt will be ready for shipping within three [3] to five [5] business days following your order. In very rare cases, the processing of your order may take a little longer. In this case, we will properly update you through the Etsy messaging system. Your t-shirt will be carefully folded and packaged to safely arrive at your doorstep.

Please read measurement instructions carefully. Shirts fit different people in different ways. How it fits the model in the picture may not be how it fits you.

HOW TO MEASURE

1. Take a tee you already own and it fits you well.

2. Lay it down the T-Shirt on a flat hard surface and smooth out any wrinkles you might see.

3. Measure the length by measuring from the highest point of the shoulder to the desired hemline.

4. Measure the chest width by placing the tape close under the arms and measure from one side to another.

5. Record the measurements and compare them to the ones listed on our size guide below.

* WASHING: Machine wash lukewarm or cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.

* IRONING: Medium iron inside-out ONLY if necessary. Do NOT iron the design area.

Various factors such as your screen resolution, color settings, display type, lighting conditions during photo-shoot, and the fact that each person sees colors differently, can all affect how the colors are displayed on the Internet.
