Your item is custom printed and is usually ready within 3-5 days. Shipping time usually take between 7-10 days but could up to 15 days depending on the season and traffic. The lid can be washed in a dishwasher. It is recommended to handwash the tumbler itself with cold or hot water for easy cleaning and to make sure the design stays great looking.

NOTE: When you receive it, please scald it with boiling water before using it to remove the dust generated during the production process of the cup.

Various factors such as your screen resolution, color settings, display type, lighting conditions during photo-shoot, and the fact that each person sees colors differently, can all affect how the colors are displayed on the Internet.

Consequently, actual colors may slightly vary.

Due to the customized nature of the item, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless we are unable to deliver or you receive a wrong or faulty item.
